Refund and Cancellation Policy
It's raining. I'm running late. Were not coming.
There are a million reasons why you are unable to keep your reservation with one of our shuttles.
Keep in mind that once you've made a committment, we start incuring expenses as we plan for your arrival. Therefore, we only grant refunds if you are on a watertrail:
1) If there is a Flood Advisory, tornado or severe thunderstorm WATCH, we will reschedule at your convience if you choose not to float
2) If there is a Flood Warning, Tornado Warning or Severe Thunderstorm Warning we will refund your fees only if you chose not float
If you need to cancel....
- We'll offer a full refund up to 14 days before your hike.
- Between 7-13 days, we'll offer a refund if we find someone to take your place. Otherwise, 100% credit for future service
- 6 days to noon the day before service, if we find someone to take your place, refund minus $10. Otherwise, credit minus $10
- Less than 24 hours? No refund.
- Miss your Reservation? Make a last second reservation then call me ten minutes before you are to be picked up to cancel? Seriously? Better grovel. Someone better be dead. How many times has your great aunt died, anyway?
